(A) The City Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to erect signs indicating no parking on that side of any street adjacent to any school property when the parking would, in his opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking on that side of the street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in any such designated place.
