§ 50.28 LIMITATIONS OF POINT OF DISCHARGE.

No person shall discharge any substance directly into a manhole or other opening in the sewerage system other than through the approved building (or house lateral sewer, except in accordance with the terms of this chapter and Chapter 52 or by express permission of the Council.
