(A) I.C. 5-14-3 et seq., as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated into this chapter by reference.
(B) Any person may inspect and copy public records of the Town of Fremont during regular business hours, unless the records are otherwise excepted from disclosure under I.C. 5-14-3.
(C) All requests for inspection or copying must identify with reasonable particularity the record being requested and be in writing on or in a form provided by the town, unless a requirement is waived by the official or employee receiving the request.
(D) The requesting party shall be required to pay $.10 per page or the actual cost of copying, certification or transmission, whichever is greater, for all requested public documents.
