§ 53.10 THROWING OR DEPOSITING OF TRASH/REFUSE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or company, to throw, deposit or suffer to throw or deposit or permit any rubbish, trash, garbage, refuse or any other unwholesome material into or upon any public place or private place except as provided by this chapter.
