§ 53.09 REPORT OF VIOLATIONS.

It shall be the duty of any collector of garbage to report any and all violations of this chapter to either the Clerk-Treasurer, or any member of the Town Council thereof in writing, and thereupon the town officials shall cause the report to be investigated and to make complaint for violation of this chapter in any and all proper cases.
