(A) Garbage shall be removed from and disposed of beyond the corporate limits of the town, at a location or locations as may be arranged for or provided by the contractor, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
(B) The place to which the garbage is removed or at which it is disposed of even though outside the corporate limits of the town, shall not be closer than 1,000 feet to the nearest occupied premises within the corporate limits.
