§ 53.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER, OCCUPANT, OR LESSEE OF RESIDENCE.

The owner occupant, or lessee of any residence in the Town of Fremont shall cause to be removed from said premises all garbage and refuse, and shall keep said premises free and clear of any accumulation of garbage and refuse at all times.
