§ 151.29 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   No certificate of occupancy for any building or structure shall be issued unless the building or structure was constructed in compliance with the provisions of this Building Chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to occupy any building or structure unless a full, patrial or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Commissioner.
