§ 151.25 TITLE AND PURPOSE.
   (A)   This subchapter and all material included herein by reference shall be known as the “Building Code of the Town of Fremont, Indiana.”
   (B)   The purpose of this subchapter is to protect the life, public safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of the Town of Fremont, Indiana, and shall be construed in a manner so as to effectuate this purpose.
