§ 151.05 COST; ABATEMENT AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   In the event the Town Council causes or contracts to have the nuisance abated, all costs incurred by the town and associated with the abatement are to be reimbursed by the owner or occupants of the property, and upon the Clerk-Treasurer filing with the Recorder of the County, a notice of lien stating the name of the owner of record, the description of the property and the amount of the costs incurred, the town shall have a lien against the property for the costs incurred.

   (B)   In the event the Town Council institutes judicial proceedings to obtain an order requiring the occupant and owner to abate the nuisance, the owner and occupants are to reimburse to the town all costs including attorney fees associated with obtaining the order and any costs associated with carrying out an order.
