§ 130.02 RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

No parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal custody, control or responsibility for the whereabouts and acts of any person under 17 years of age shall permit or allow the person under 17 years of age to be or remain upon, in or about any public place, building, street or alley after the hours specified in § 130.01.
