§ 111.27 RIGHT TO APPEAL.
   (A)   Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Clerk-Treasurer or the Town Marshal in regard to the denial of a license as provided for in § 111.19 shall have the right to appeal to the Town Council.
   (B)   Appeal shall be taken by filing with the Council, within 14 days after notice of the decision by the Clerk-Treasurer or the Town Marshal has been mailed to the address provided in the application, a written statement setting forth the grounds for the appeal.
   (C)   The Council shall set the time and place for a hearing on the appeal, and notice of the hearing shall be given to the person in the same manner unless the Town Council is provided with a different address to use.
   (D)   The order of the Council on the appeal shall be final.
