(A) (1) Upon the filing of the application and after the applicant has established that he or she has fully complied with all provisions of this chapter, the Clerk-Treasurer may issue to the applicant a license authorizing the applicant to transact business as proposed in the application.
(2) The license shall not be transferable and shall be valid only in the Town of Fremont.
(3) If the Clerk-Treasurer determines prior to issuing a license that any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement are contained in the application for the license, no license shall be issued.
(B) If an applicant proposes to transact business from more than 1 location, the applicant shall obtain a separate license, and pay the fee therefore, for each location before transacting any business.
(C) (1) If an applicant proposes to transact business in this town from other than a fixed location, the applicant shall apply for and the Clerk-Treasurer may grant a mobile transient merchant license.
(2) A separate license shall be obtained for each employee, agent or other person transacting business for and on behalf of the applicant.
