(A) Upon compliance by the applicant with the provisions of § 111.17, the Town Marshal shall stamp his or her approval on the application blank submitted by the applicant.
(B) The Town Marshal shall not be required to grant approval to any person who has been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or any violation of this chapter.
