(A) Any person or persons who shall exhibit or participate in exhibiting for any purpose of gain either to himself or herself or others or for any purpose whatever within the Town of Fremont, Indiana, any theatrical performance, show or puppets, exhibition of tumbling or performing, wire or rope walking, dancing, sleight of hand performances of any kind, or show of any kind or nature, without first having obtained or procured from the Town of Fremont, Indiana, a license to do so, shall upon conviction be fined in the sum of $25.
(B) Each and every performance or exhibition shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person or persons who desiring to obtain a license as hereinbefore specified shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Fremont, Indiana, the sum of $4 for each and every day the performance or exhibition shall be held.
