(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 111.15 et seq. shall be subject to a fine of $250 per day. A violation may be enforced as set forth below by the Town Marshal issuing a citation. The violation can be processed through the Town Court or the Clerk-Treasurer's office at the discretion of the Town Council. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation during any 1 licensing period.
