(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violation of § 72.02 shall be subject to a minium fine of $2 for each offense, payable to the Clerk-Treasurer.

(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 72.03 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $75 for each violation thereof. The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Fremont Police Department.
