(A) All vehicles parked upon any public roadway located within the jurisdiction of the Town of Fremont, Indiana, shall be moved a minimum of 1 time in every 24-hour period during those periods of snow accumulation in excess of 2 inches within any 24-hour period.
(B) The Fremont Police Department is hereby authorized to retain the services of a properly licensed and qualified vehicle towing operator to remove any vehicle found in violation of this section, at the sole cost and expense of the owner of any like vehicle.
