(A) All drivers must keep to the right side of 2-way streets.
(B) It is unlawful for vehicles, either horse or motor driven to enter the pavement before coming to a complete stop.
(C) It is unlawful for vehicles to enter or turn on the public square of the town before coming to a complete stop.
(D) It is unlawful for vehicles to make a complete turn on the public square.
(E) It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal to enforce this section.
