134.03 INCOME TAX REFUND FUND.

A special fund hereby created which shall be known as the "Income Tax Refund Fund" and the City Auditor shall show such an account in the records.

The City Auditor is authorized to draw warrants on the City Treasurer for refunds under Chapter 171 upon receiving receipts of a proper certificate for the same.
