131.01 COMPOSITION.

The Police Department shall consist of a Chief of Police, one Captain, seven Sergeants, twenty-four Patrolmen, one civilian Records Clerk, one Secretary of Support Services, five civilian Dispatchers, and such reserve, special, part-time or parking patrolmen as may be necessary.
