1311.04 EXCEPTIONS.

   The restrictions of visible emissions contained in Section 1311.03 shall not apply to:

   (a)   Smoke or visible emissions emitted by equipment for the control of insects.

   (b)   Smoke or visible emissions from grilling, broiling or barbecuing of food not offered for sale.

   (c)   Smoke or visible emissions from the burning of wood in properly constructed fireplaces.
