Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 1032.17 or 1032.22 shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation, if the fine is paid within five days from the issuance of the ticket, and, if not paid within five days, then not less than forty dollars ($40.00) nor more than four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each such violation. Any person violating any other provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in Section 202.99 of The Codified Ordinances of the City of Freeport.
