1032.17   DUTY OF OWNERS TO KEEP MULTI-USE PATHS FREE OF SOLID WASTE.
   (a)   Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the multi-use paths in front of their premises free of solid waste.
   (b)   Persons owning or occupying places of business shall keep the multi-use paths in front of their business premises free of solid waste.
