1272.06 ADMINISTRATION AND APPEALS.

(a) Administration. It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to administer and enforce this Chapter.

(b) Appeals. An aggrieved person adversely affected by the denial of a permit or decision, determination or interpretation under this Chapter by the Zoning Administrator may appeal such denial, decision, determination or interpretation to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

(c) Application Procedure. Any application for appeal shall be taken pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 1244.02 of the Zoning Ordinance.
