290.15 FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 WAGE FREEZE.

(a) Salary schedules in effect as of May 1, 2008 under this chapter shall remain in effect with no increase for fiscal year 2010-2011.

(b) Departmental directors shall not receive the three percent cost of living increase for fiscal year 2010-2011 as shown in the Appropriation Ordinance, but shall remain at the May 1, 2008 pay rates.
