1468.02 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO OFF-PREMISES SIGNS.

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, none of the provisions of Sections 1468.03 through 1468.31 shall apply to off-premises signs. Off-premises signs shall be governed by the provisions of Section 1468.32, and unless otherwise provided therein none of the provisions of Section 1468.32 shall apply to any signs other than off-premises signs.
