1070.17 DURATION OF LEASES.

Leases shall be for a maximum term of five years, except that longer terms may be authorized by the City when new construction by the lessee is to be amortized or when it is determined to be reasonable and consistent with guidelines set forth in any airport development standards now or hereafter adopted by the City.
