1070.12 RADIO, INSTRUMENT OR PROPELLER REPAIR SERVICES.
   Any lessee who proposes to provide a radio, instrument or propeller repair service must meet the following minimum requirements:
   (a)   FAA Certificate. Such lessee shall hold a Federal Aviation Administration Repair Station Certificate and ratings for the same.
   (b)   Buildings. Such lessee shall lease a building providing a minimum of 2,000 square feet of properly lighted and heated space to house office and minimum shop and hangar space as required for Federal Aviation Administration repair shop certification. Indoor restrooms must be provided.
   (c)   Personnel. Such lessee shall employ and have present at all times during operating hours one Federal Aviation Administration certificated repairperson qualified in accordance with the terms of the Repair Station Certificate.
   (d)   Hours of Operation. Such lessee shall be open for operation a minimum of eight hours per day, five days a week.
