1070.06 AIRPORT MANAGER.

The City, from time to time, shall hire an Airport Manager and shall pay such Manager such compensation and grant the Manager such privileges and concessions as further compensation as the City shall from time to time deem proper. The City may also, in connection with hiring an Airport Manager, grant said Manager a fixed-base operation lease. At no time shall there be more than one Airport Manager.
