1070.05 FIXED-BASE OPERATOR LEASES.

Any fixed-base operator lease entered into by the City shall be nonexclusive and the City shall have the right to enter into additional fixed-base operator leases with any qualified person containing the same, similar or different provisions as those contained in any other fixed-base operator lease entered into by the City.
