222.08 OVERRIDE OF VETOES.

Upon the veto of an ordinance, the same shall, if again passed by a vote of two-thirds of all the elected members of Council, with yeas and nays recorded in the Journal, go into effect notwithstanding the veto as provided in Section 222.07.
