(A) Water meters shall be read on the twentieth day of each month, as nearly as possible, and a separate bill shall be rendered for each meter and mailed on the first day of each succeeding month.
(B) All bills shall include other charges for other town services as may be authorized by the Council.
(C) Bills shall be due on or before the tenth day of the month following the reading of the meter and shall become delinquent after ten days following billing date.
(D) Service may be discontinued after 15 days or length of billing date, and the town reserves the right to vary the dates or length of billing period, temporarily or permanently, if necessary or desirable.
