§ 93.13 REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
   (A)   Cemetery regulations applicable to the general public will be posted at the cemetery in a manner noticeable to the public
   (B)   It is the responsibility of the public entering into the cemetery to read, understand and abide by these regulations.
   (C)   The cemetery is closed to the public from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle within the cemetery at a speed greater than ten miles per hour. Parking or driving off of roadways is strictly prohibited, as damage to sprinkler systems and sod may occur.
   (E)   With the exception of military and law enforcement rites or memorials, no firearm shall be discharged from within or into the boundaries of the cemetery.
   (F)   Household pets must either be retained within the confines of a vehicle or restrained upon a leash at all times while in the cemetery. With the exception of horse drawn caissons, service animals and household pets, no other animal or livestock are permitted within the cemetery.
   (G)   No fence, coping, railing, hedge, tree, plant, shrub, bush or other item shall be erected, placed or planted to mark the confines or borders of any lot, grave or part thereof except for a monument placed in accordance with the provisions set forth herein, § 93.11.
   (H)   No person, other than the Cemetery Manager or his/her designate may disturb the sod, plant any trees, shrubs or plants without prior approval of the Cemetery Committee.
   (I)   Glass and ceramic items are only allowed on a gravesite for one week following a service or holiday. After one week, the Cemetery Manager or his/her designate are authorized to remove and discard such items to prevent resulting hazards.
   (J)   Floral pieces and other decorations are subject to removal by the Cemetery Manager or his/her designate at such time as they no longer compliment the gravesite.
   (K)   Any and all objects that block or interfere with mowing shall be removed and not replaced. Every effort should be made to keep artificial flowers, memorial objects and shepherd hooks on the headstone or foundation.
   (L)   The town shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal articles left upon any grave or lot.
   (M)   No person shall damage, deface or otherwise maliciously interfere with any monument, marker, cornerstone, roadway, building or any other property or landscaping feature which has been installed upon the grounds of the cemetery.
   (N)   Persons responsible for damage sustained to the cemetery grounds or structures therein caused in contravention of the regulations of this cemetery code are punishable in accordance with A.R.S. § 13-1604.
