(A) A notice of each disinterment shall be given to the Cemetery Manager no less than four business days previous thereto.
(B) The fee for disinterment must be paid in accordance with the fee schedule as outlined in Schedule ‘A’, attached to Ord. 15-001.
(C) Disinterments and removal of remains shall be carried out under the guidance or supervision of a Funeral Director licensed in the State of Arizona who shall be responsible for the observance and enforcement of all rules pertaining to health and safety.
(D) Interred remains shall not be removed from its place of interment for transportation beyond the boundaries of the cemetery without a properly completed State of Arizona, Department of Health Services, disinterment permit.
(E) A disinterment permit is not required where the disinterred remains are to be reinterred within the cemetery for ordinary relocation or for reason of internal management of the cemetery.
(F) Remains received from another cemetery for reinterment in the Fredonia Cemetery must be accompanied by a properly completed State of Arizona, Department of Health Services, disinterment permit.
(G) Prior to a body being disinterred or reinterred, information for records in § 93.09 must be satisfied.
