(A) At the time of submitting the final plat or improvement plans to the Public Works Director for checking, the subdivider shall have paid to the Clerk a fee established by resolution of the Council to cover the costs of filing and map checking as provided in § 152.021.
(B) At the time of recordation of the final plat, the subdivider shall pay the Clerk an additional fee established by the Public Works Director as approved by Council to cover inspection and other costs to be incurred by the town in verifying the existence and quality of required improvements.
