§ 130.31 GLASS BOTTLES ON OUTDOOR PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful to have glass bottles on outdoor premises owned and operated by the town.
   (B)   A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each separate act being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
