§ 130.30 ALCOHOL ON TOWN PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful to have alcohol on premises owned by the town unless a permit has been obtained.
   (B)   A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each separate act being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
