§ 130.25 SIGNS AND BANNERS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to place any banner or sign upon any street light pole, traffic signal pole or utility pole within the town without first obtaining authorization from the Council.
   (B)   A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each day such activity continues being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
