§ 130.21 POSTING BILLS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, acting for himself or herself or through an agent, or for the agent, to print, paint, write or, in any way, post up any notice, card, advertisement or other device upon any tree, post or pole, upon any street at any time or to post any notice, card, advertisement or other device upon any wall, fence, tree, post, pole, building or other property without the permission of the owner or person in charge thereof.
   (B)   A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each day such activity continues being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
