(A) It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the town any electric fence or any fence constructed in whole or in part of barbed wire. Any fence is a public nuisance and subject to abatement by order of the Town Court.
(B) A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each day such activity continues being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
