§ 130.02 COAL HOLES OR OTHER OPENINGS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to construct or maintain coal holes or other openings in streets or sidewalks, except under the supervision of the Town Engineer, and then only after the grant of special permission by the Council.
   (B)   A violation of this section is considered a petty offense with each day such activity continues being considered a new offense. For petty offense penalties, see § 130.99.
