(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 52.085 through 52.092 shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation; and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The violator shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 52.085 through 52.092 shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor as provided by statute and the town code and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,500 or be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 60 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense punishable as provided herein.
