§ 52.092 HEARING BOARD.
   A Hearing Board may be appointed as needed for arbitration of differences between the town and wastewater system users on matters concerning interpretation and execution of the provisions of this policy by the town. The Board shall meet once every three months unless its services are determined to be necessary more often by the town. One member shall be a representative of a local commercial enterprise. One member shall be a residential user selected at large for his or her interest in accomplishing the objectives of this policy. As the Board deems necessary and upon concurrence by the town, a qualified attorney may be consulted by the Board on a specific case. Written notice of the scheduled meeting shall be provided to the user. The decision of the Board may be appealed to the Town Council. The decision of the Town Council shall be final.
