(A) The consumer shall have complete responsibility for the installation and maintenance of adequate water facilities on the premises and the town shall not in any way be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection or damage of the facilities or damage caused by any defect in the facilities on the consumer’s premises.
(B) The facilities shall be maintained by the consumer in full compliance with any and all rules and regulations of the town in addition to applicable state statutes.
