§ 51.086 SPECIAL METER READING.
   Any consumer may request and have the town perform a special reading of his or her water meter upon the payment of a $5 deposit. If the special reading indicates that the regular meter reading was incorrect, then the deposit shall be returned to the consumer; otherwise, the deposit shall be retained by the town as a charge for the special meter reading.
