8-1-12: LIABILITY FOR SERVICE:
The owner shall be liable for the cost of water, sewer 1 , and garbage service supplied to the owner's property, whether the owner is occupying the property or not. Any charges unpaid shall be a lien upon the property and shall give the City recourse under subsection 8-1-5C3 of this chapter. (Ord. 125, 12-6-2004)
