§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The penalty for each violation of § 90.01 is hereby fixed at $25 and costs of the proceeding and in addition the village, or its agents, shall have the right to restrain any dog or dogs in violation of the within ordinance for a period of five days, at which time the dog or dogs will be disposed of, unless within the five-day period the owner or owners of the dog or dogs shall pay in addition to the $25 fine the reasonable cost of caring for the dog or dogs including shelter, food and medical attention, if necessary.

   (C)   Any person committing the offense as outlined in § 90.02 shall be punishable, on conviction, by a fine of $25 for the first violation, $50 for the second violation and $100 for a third and subsequent violation.
