When a social event (as that term is used in this chapter) is held pursuant to the issuance of an event permit (as that term is used in this chapter) the terms of the event permit supersede the provisions of this subchapter within the boundaries of the event including: a.) the prohibition of alcohol within the event boundaries, even if within the social district or b.) any alcohol purchased within the boundaries of the event may be taken outside of the event, only into the boundary of a social district. A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
