Section 36. Cemeteries.
   The Town Council shall have power to regulate the manner and terms on which bodies may be interred in the cemeteries in the Town, and have the cemeteries kept in due order and repair, and they shall have power to purchase, when they deem it necessary, a piece of land within or beyond the limits of the Town for the purpose of a public cemetery. They also have power to forbid any and all interments of dead bodies within the limits of the Town whenever they may deem it expedient. (Pr. Laws 1905, C. 26, Sec. 30; Am.
